Leadership Lab is a nine-month training program concentrating on leadership development through focus on five core elements- professional performance, leadership, management, community service, and self-awareness. As a member of the Leadership Lab Class of 2022, Abel will attend monthly sessions at various organizational settings in and around San Antonio.
When asked about the program he replied, “I’m excited about this opportunity. I think this will be a great learning experience for me as a person and as a young leader in the industry.”
