Christopher Kempton, Sr. Project Manager, with a construction history spanning over 20 years, has been appointed as our Director of Operations. Chris’s association with MK Marlow is not new; he has graced our team for close to eight years, consistently demonstrating his dedication to his role at MK Marlow.
In his new capacity, Chris is not just stepping into a leadership role; he is also committing to a vision. He’s expressed great enthusiasm about driving the overarching core values of MK Marlow and in his forward-looking approach, he plans to engage deeply with the project management teams. His focus will be on offering assistance wherever necessary, and perhaps more importantly, on mentoring and shaping the future leaders of our esteemed company.
