Alterman Headquarters

MK Marlow Company provided the cold-formed metal framing, interior framing, wood blocking, insulation, gypsum board, FRP panels, fabric wrapped ceiling panels, suspended wood ceilings and acoustical panel ceilings for the new Alterman Headquarters. Situated on 20 acres in Live Oak, Texas, a suburb of San Antonio, the project included two buildings covering 201,704 square feet.

The main building, Building 1, houses reception, executive and staff offices, and a state-of-the-art training facility with seating for the entire company. The second building, Building 2, holds the warehouse, maintenance staff offices and supporting infrastructure. Throughout each building, specialty materials were installed that required specific skills and prior experience from the MK Marlow team.
