AC + Element Hotel San Antonio

This project is a renovation and remodel of the 20-story Riverview Towers, an existing building used for years as an office building in San Antonio, Texas. The completed hotel complex showcases a dual-branded design with the AC Hotel by Marriott offering 181 rooms, while the Element Hotel presents an additional 162 rooms. Additional footprint includes meeting space, a fitness center and a chic rooftop bar with amazing city views.

MK Marlow’s scope of work included the execution of both interior and exterior framing, a foundational element crucial to the structural integrity of the building that spans 300,000 square feet. Additionally, MK Marlow provided gypsum wall assemblies, ensuring seamless wall installations, and cold-formed metal framing, giving the structure the rigidity and resilience required.
