University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Inpatient Facility

Scheduled for completion in the summer of 2024, the new Inpatient Facility is made up of a 144-bed hospital, medical office building and a 650-space parking garage. MK Marlow is providing the interior and exterior framing, gypsum wall assemblies, cold-formed metal framing and ceilings for the medical complex. The facility will house specialized equipment for various medical disciplines, including neurosciences, orthopedics, urology, thoracic surgery and bariatrics. Of note, is the newly completed pedestrian bridge linking the new hospital to UT Health San Antonio’s Mays Cancer Center.
